The Creative Cartel is a visual effects and animation production service company that brings together top talent to meet the unique demands and budget of each project. Acting as a virtual studio, their services include an established infrastructure, typically found only in large brick and mortar digital facilities, that provide logistic and creative management of locally based teams and overseas facilities. Chief among their expertise includes visual effects, animation and 3D conversion.

Founded by studio veteran Jenny Fulle, the company leverages her industry expertise, deep global network and progressive grasp of technology to give studios and filmmakers the high quality results they expect without the extra overhead.

Together with a talented pool of trusted freelance artists along with well respected companies around the world, she is able to skillfully produce cost effective work. Each project has a team carefully selected for their particular strength, tailored to the needs of the production and is disassembled upon completion of each project. The flexibility of working globally also allows for strategic leverage of local and globally based tax incentives and rebates.

The Creative-Cartel’s operational headquarters are in Culver City, where the facilities include a 3D screening room, 100Mbs direct fiber connectivity, SFTP and 5th Kind Asset Management Software for all of its clients.
